Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Anthery store. We want you to love your new books and supplies. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window You have [7] days from the date of delivery to request a return. After [7] days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Books: Must have no signs of use, bent corners, or spine damage.

Stationery/Supplies: Must be in original, unopened packaging with seals intact (e.g., pen sets, washi tape, or notebooks).

Non-Returnable Items: Digital downloads (e-books/printables), gift cards, and "Final Sale" items.
3. Damaged or Defective Items If your book arrives with printing errors or damage from shipping, please contact us at antherybooks@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email antherybooks@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

[Option A: Free Returns] We provide prepaid return labels for all eligible returns.

[Option B: Customer Pays] You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.
